Absolutely charming hotel, but little did I know that dinner would waste two hours of my life. And the slippery floors in the wellness area? A real treat, I almost broke my wrist! I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but I guess some guests don't count. Just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

The swimming pools offered great family-friendly activities.

The staff at the reception displayed a lack of warmth, making our family feel unwelcome right from the start. Dining in the restaurant was a nightmare. we often waited up to 2 hours for our meals, which is totally unacceptable when dining with small children. I was disappointed that there were no basic amenities like a kettle and cups in the suite, which made our stay less comfortable than expected.

The swimming lake was perfect for the kids and the new spa facilities made for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed 7 nights in a suite with a balcony and cozy seating area. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options. Loved the pool area with both indoor and outdoor options. Relaxation spaces like sun loungers and a hot tub. The staff were super attentive, especially during dinner, and they offered fun sports activities like biking and rafting nearby.

Our stay for 7 nights in the Deluxe Double Room was quite enjoyable. The reception staff warmly rescued us from the station after our suitcase broke, which set a positive tone. Attilla in the restaurant was an absolute delight, serving us with great care, making dinner a pleasant experience. The swimming lake proved to be a fantastic spot for the kids, keeping them entertained throughout our visit.

It was just a top selection for a brief pit stop in Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse with exceptional value. The swimming lake was a great spot for the kids to enjoy while we relaxed in the stunning surroundings. Make sure to check out the nearby supermarket for affordable snacks and supplies.

Had a braw time, specially with the stunning swimming lake and clean facilities. The whirlpool was a highlight for me! But, gotta mention the road noise—nae great for a peaceful sleep. Still, a smashing spot for an active holiday!

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

The dinners from the half board menu were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Marin. A fantastic pool and spa area provided a perfect relaxing experience.

Unfortunately, many amenities came with high costs, and some aspects of service could be improved. Sound from nearby roads affected the peace.

The spa lounge and sauna were relaxing, while the outdoor pool offered stunning views. perfect for a refreshing dip. Breakfast in the bar area felt special, loaded with delightful options.

The restaurant could use improved service during peak hours.
